CONDITIONS
Country Mailbag is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, or damaged, whether caused by Country Mailbag users, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. Country Mailbag is not responsible for any mistakes, typos, incorrect content or actions.
NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email; their names will be posted on the Country Mailbag web site, and they will be required to return an email verification bearing their name (and that of a parent or legal guardian, if a minor), a physical address for receipt of prize, and return same to Country Mailbag within 14 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of entries. No substitutions of prizes is permitted except by Country Mailbag as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All taxes on prizes, when applicable, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release Country Mailbag from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without compensation or additional notice.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to those who have a dedicated e-mail address that was established on or before the posted end date of the contest. A contestant's choice of e-mail system provider, or method of web access will not affect the chances of winning. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Employees of Country Mailbag, its advertisers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Country Mailbag will not accept an entry into the contests that makes use of any automated or repetitive process or where the identity of the host computer's domain is not traceable through a reverse DNS lookup from our computer systems. Country Mailbag reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend any promotion should virus bugs, non-authorized human interventions, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion.
TERMS
Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Country Mailbag. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this contest. Country Mailbag reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules or knowingly provided false information. The identification of the winners will be posted on www.countrymailbag.com. The Official Rules will be posted at the Official Rules page on www.countrymailbag.com for the duration of the contest. These Rules are subject to change at any time without notice. Any deletions, changes, and additions to these Rules will be considered binding for all current and future contests.
